Using a layered parallax layout with bold colours and images, the positive change created by Deloitte’s people, their commitment to the community and their responsive internal processes were successfully highlighted.

The Corporate Responsibility Report was anchored by three key subject matter videos, Social Impact Investing, Impact Day Employee Volunteer Service and Diversity and Inclusion, all of which were shot on location at Deloitte’s strategy think tank, the Green Room.Responsible for concept, production and direction of the videos, I also created motion graphic supers to simplify complex concepts.

Post-launch analytics showed a significant increase in engagement, with a higher session duration, return visits and a much lower bounce rate as compared to previous years. Cutdowns of the “Changemaker” videos were used to create a very successful social media campaign.
