CANADIAN TIRE
Concerned that the progress Canadian Tire had made in their innovative and comprehensive initiatives would be lost in a conventional report architecture, we conceived and developed a split-site solution incorporating full-screen interactive video with a traditionally navigated report.
At key points along the video timeline we provided the user the ability to link directly to the highlighted initiative within the written report for a more detailed understanding.
I was also provided the unique opportunity to build a successful working relationship with CTC’s internal communications department.
By incorporating a video driven user flow we were able to significantly increase engagement, with a much higher than average session duration and a much lower bounce rate.
