As is typical with many non-profits, Food Banks Canada’s site was structurally and visually disparate based on years of organic development. In partnership with the contracted agency we were able to restructure the site content to improve user experience and enhance visuals to reflect a more current outlook.
Working with the client, agency and external developers, the project included comprehensive user-flow modelling, wire-framing, several iterations of working prototypes and design concepts, culminating in the creation of extensive development templates and a comprehensive style guide. Food Banks Canada is already reporting an increase in charitable donations.
